iHomes were my Rental Manager when I rented an apartment in Southbank for over 3 years. Without going into details, my initial impressions were average, and part way through our lease, the person I'd been dealing with left iHome and Angela Forlano took over as our Manager and everything changed. Angela responded to emails in a timely manner and she even called on a few occasions which was great because some agents only seem to email. She was always knowledgeable, approachable and accommodating in all her communications. Even when we ended up moving out of the apartment, Angela did everything she could to make it a smooth process. So even though when our lease started 3 years ago I would have given a different review, allot has changed since then and I would recommend iHome and want to acknowledge Angela for being a pleasure to work with over the years she was our Rental Manager. PS. There are not incentives for me to write this, but the majority of reviews tend to only get written when people have negative experiences, so I think it's equally important to give positive recognition where it is due.

We have recently purchased a property from a vendor of iHomes Real Estate and I am really impressed with the knowledge and experience of the sales agent Roland Rentz. He knows so much about the area, the construction of the property and he makes me feel comfortable and pleasant always. Although he provides me with necessary information, he acts for the vendor and doesn't make a decision for the vendor. If I need to sell any of my properties later on, I will surely contact Roland and iHomes Real Estate Box Hill.
