What is Considered Emergency Maintenance?

Examples of emergency issues include:

- Serious roof leaks
- Sewerage overflows
Immediate Steps to Take
- Ensure Safety: For fire, gas, or electrical emergencies, evacuate the property and call emergency services immediately on 000.
- Shut Off Services (If Safe to Do So): Turn off water, gas, or electricity at the mains to prevent further damage.
- Contact Us: Call us on 0402 662 736 for urgent assistance.
After hours: Please submit a maintenance request form, then call/text to Jason on 0402662736. If you receive no response within 30 minutes and the issue is an urgent repair, you may then contact an authorised emergency tradesperson (as listed in your lease).
