Tim Liousas is a Real Estate professional who has natural people skills, strong work ethics and has extensive knowledge to enable him to obtain successful outcomes for his clients.

Tim’s working life before Real Estate was in the Banking Arena. He had varying roles from customer service to Business Banking. The customer service skills obtained from these varying roles have all complemented his Real Estate career.

As a Whitehorse resident of over 30 years he has experienced and seen both the changes and opportunities that have occurred in the Whitehorse and surrounding areas such as Boroondara, Manningham and Maroondah. His passion for property is never ending.

Away from Real Estate, Tim loves spending time with his growing family, both in Australia and overseas. He has also studied many languages including Greek, Italian, French, Spanish, Russian, Thai and Mandarin to name but a few.
